STEP 3- Student visit ASCOM head office
- Pay consultancy fee
- Sign Agreement
STEP 4- Admissions filed
STEP 5- Conditional letter acquired after 4 to 6 weeks
- Meeting conditions
STEP 6- Unconditional letter acquired
STEP 7-Meeting CAS letter requirements
- Bank Statement
- University Initial Deposit
- TB Test
STEP 8- Meeting Visa Requirement
- CAS Letter
- Passport
- Health insurance paid
- Bank Statement
- Attested Educational Documents
- Visa Fee paid
- Accommodation arrangement
- TB Test
STEP 9-VISA issued
PHD and MRES students are required to submit their Research Proposal along with other documents to initiate their admission process.
It depends on your course admission, your account needs to reflect your 9months maintenance charges plus University outstanding.
- All educational degrees+ transcripts (Matric, Bachelor’s, Master’s etc)
- CV
- Statement of purpose
- ID card (front and back)
- Passport page 1 + 2 (with signature)
- 2 Academic reference letters.
For Gap of more than 6months, student is supposed to submit undermentioned:
- Justification of Gap taken
- Experience letter if was employed
- 2 Reference letters
- All educational degrees+ transcripts (Matric, Bachelor’s, Master’s etc)
- CV
- Statement of purpose
- ID card (front and back)
- Passport page 1 + 2 (with signature)
